With over 20 years of combined experience in the insurance and technology industries, Steve is a thought leader in cyber liability and technology E&O insurance products. He is a technology-minded subject matter expert and national speaker on the topic of cyber liability. The thread throughout Steve’s career has been his forward thinking collaborative approach with clients, third-party vendors, and product experts to bring to market innovative solutions in the cyber insurance market.

As Chief Underwriting Officer at Measured, Steve brings years of experience evaluating complex technology risks for the largest most sophisticated insurers in the world. Steve was most recently Cyber Product Lead at QBE NA where he managed their existing book of cyber business and evaluated new business opportunities. He has also served as QBE’s product and underwriting lead for their specialty lines, focused on underwriting cyber liability, privacy, network security, and technology E&O. Prior to QBE, Steve was a senior underwriter at AXA XL where he played a key role in product development and underwriting for cyber products.

Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University. He also earned his Registered Professional Liability Underwriter Plus (RPLU+) designation and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
