As the CEO of Measured, Jack brings his extensive leadership experience to the team and is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, corporate governance, and business development.

In this role, Jack serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and is integrally involved in the strategic direction for the organization. His management functions encompass all aspects of corporate image and branding, insurance development, technology direction, and operational integration.

Entrepreneur and senior executive with a proven track record of execution, Jack is known for developing and building data analytic B2B SaaS products. Previously, he served as vice president for corporate development and strategy at a publicly-traded insurance-focused data analytics company, Verisk Analytics. In this role, he partnered with Verisk’s global insurance business leaders to develop the company’s go-to-market strategy, which functioned as the foundation for future building, buying, and partnership models. These models became integral to the growth of their businesses.

Jack also has extensive international experience in both government and private sectors having served as an Operations Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), focusing on cybersecurity and data security operations where he developed expertise in source development, high-threat environment operations, strategic planning, and counter-terrorism operations. Before the CIA he worked at Microsoft to create technology solutions that facilitated business international growth. Jack holds a BA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
